75000 SF Shoppes @ Hooksett Landing is an assemblage of 3 ownerships totaling 28 acres. The project included construction of 30’ high retaining wall to level the site, off site roadway realignment, signalization, and an extensive storm water management system to protect the wetlands. Coastal worked with the Town and the State to designate 20 acres of its land into a perpetual conservation restricted area. The development created the most dominant convenience retail center in the Hooksett market. The development represented a $12,000,000. investment in the Town of Hooksett.
