BJ’s Quincy is a 7 acre development parcel in the Greater Boston area. The property is located at the intersection of Route 95 / 128 and Route 3. The property acquisition was a competitive bid process between 28 bidders which Coastal was ultimately awarded the right to develop the property for BJ’s Wholesale Club. The property was formerly the printing facility for the Patriot Ledger. Coastal raised the existing building and developed the first small (86,000 SF) format BJ’s Wholesale Club in New England. Coastal upgraded the building façade with design elements to blend into the existing office park. The development represented a $20,000,000 investment in the City of Quincy.
