85000 SF Taunton Crossing is an assemblage of 3 industrial property ownerships totaling 9 acres. The properties were re-zoned for retail, the existing industrial building raised, and 85,000 of new retail center was developed to create a vibrant retail environment. Along with the project there was extensive off site improvements including widening of Route 140 and Mozzone Boulevard and 4-way signalization at the entry to Taunton Crossing. The development represented a $14,000,000 investment in the City of Taunton.
