Coastal Partners is an active participate in the community outreach programs located in the towns were it develops Centers and throughout New England. Over the years Coastal has contributed funds to numerous community programs including; Police Department DARE Program, Fire Departments, Teen Programs, YMCA’s, Wellspring House, Adopt a School Programs, and other charitable programs.
Coastal Partners respects the environment and incorporates sustainable design and materials in its developments including:, energy management systems, high-efficiency HVAC systems, energy efficient exterior lighting, collection of recyclables, water conserving fixtures, waste management, and low impact storm water design.
Coastal Partner developments are pedestrian friendly with bicycle racks, crosswalks, and professionally designed landscaping creating a user friendly environment.
